3Consumer dispute resolution
The portal is directed at entrepreneurs only. The operator is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The EU's former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025.
4Liability for content
As a service provider, the operator is responsible for his own content on these pages under the general laws. He is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability is possible only from the time a specific infringement becomes known; on learning of such infringements the operator removes the content promptly.
